⏱️ 14-Day Return Window

According to international trade practices and industry standards, professional buyers have the right to request an exchange or return within 14 days after receiving the goods.

1. Mandatory Conditions for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the spare parts must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Unused & NOT INSTALLED: The product must not have been fitted onto any machinery, and must be free of any grease, oil stains, scratches, or mechanical wear.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be retained in its original box, including all internal anti-rust wrappings, protective caps, manufacturer’s labeling, and quality certificates.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of the formal commercial invoice, packing list, or receipt must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories of products are strictly exempt from return or exchange:

  • Electrical or electronic components (e.g., controllers, ECUs, wiring harnesses, sensor monitors) that have been unpacked or connected to a power supply.
  • Customized or specially ordered components that are not part of our standard running inventory.
  • Parts showing any signs of attempt at installation or damage caused by improper handling at the destination.

3. Return Logistics & Shipping Fees

  • Buyer’s Responsibility: If the return is due to a buyer’s error (e.g., matching the wrong part number, ordering an incorrect machine model sequence), the buyer is responsible for 100% of the return international freight charges and any destination customs clearance import duties in China.
  • WinsParts Responsibility: If the wrong part was shipped by our warehousing team or a verified manufacturer defect is confirmed by official electronic catalog (SIS/EPC) cross-check, WinsParts will cover all shipping logistics costs and dispatch a free replacement immediately.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once the returned parts arrive back at our central warehouse in Guangzhou and successfully pass our engineering quality inspection, refunds will be approved within 5 business days.

  • Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): The amount will be credited back to your corporate bank account via original routing.
  • Digital Payments (PayPal/Stripe/Credit Card): Funds will be reversed via the payment gateway directly to your card account.
